Yes, wifi is free for all guests.

On site parking is free but limited and is first come first served. We do not reserve spaces. Parking on the surrounding streets is also free.

The Viking has a variety of rooms from single rooms to rooms with 4 bed spaces.

Access is limited as there are steps at the entrance, and within the hotel, which are unavoidable, so please call us to check suitability before booking.

Yes, we will cater to all dietary requirements as well as possible. Please make sure that the Choice manager or Restaurant manager is aware of any requirements on arrival.

No, There are no leisure facilities at the Viking Hotel.

Yes, we offer nightly entertainment of comedians and singers.

Yes, gift vouchers are available to purchase at the hotel or via reservations. We also offer customers the chance to earn loyalty points with our Choice Rewards loyalty program.

No at this point in time the Viking does not offer room service.

We strongly recommend that you arrange travel insurance to cover losses incurred in the event of cancellation.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of cancellation at any time for any reason, we will retain the deposit as a cancellation charge.
For cancellations received within 72 hours of 3pm (hotel local time) we will ‘hold' the balance (the total paid less the non-refundable deposit) for use against a new booking made within three calendar months of the date of cancellation (subject to availability and price difference). This does not apply to Group Bookings of 10+ adults (please refer to your contract) or bookings for the Christmas and New Year packages - see below.
Any such sum ‘held' by us following cancellation of a booking would be available for use against a new booking at any Choice Hotel for three calendar months from the date of cancellation (subject to availability and price difference). If no new booking is made within three calendar months then the sum will be retained as a cancellation charge. Any new booking utilising this ‘held' sum need not arrive within this three calendar month period but must arrive within twelve calendar months of the original arrival date.
Any held sum can only be applied to one future booking, one time only. If the cost of the new reservation exceeds the held sum, the balance is payable at the time of booking. If the cost of the new reservation is less than the held sum, the difference is forfeit and no change, refund or credit will be issued.
If you are unable to stay, the entire sum (the held amount plus any additional payment received) will be retained as a cancellation charge. No date change, postponement, refund or credit is possible.
This does not apply to Group Bookings of 10+ adults (please refer to your contract) or bookings for the Christmas and New Year packages - see below.
If we have explicitly matched a non-refundable online rate, the online booking conditions relevant to that matched rate supersede the standard policies detailed here.
No reduction is made for temporary absence, meals not taken, late arrival or premature departure for any reason, nor for accommodation not required after confirmation of booking.

Yes, there is a tram stop opposite the hotel and bus stops within a hundred meters.
